Junior Sales Manager (H/F)


We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager for our Head office in Paris.

Profil :

1. Sales missions



  • Transversal assignments over different regional markets

  • Achieve sales objectives, monitor progress vs. KPI and measure ROI for specific countries entrusted

  • Develop sales pipelines by prospecting new markets, identify new ways to expand existing client base

  • Build lasting and productive client relationships with proactive sales actions

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales missions and trade events ( sales calls, exhibition, shows)

  • Organize and lead site inspections of global partners in different Cheval blanc Maisons

  • Participate new development projects of the sales department

  • Assist and follow up of global maison Travel agent contracts

  • Assist and follow up with affiliation and consortia partners


 


2. Sales analysis and administrative support



  • Sales reports and figures analysis ( including for sales representants)

  • Sales team presentation and factsheet elaboration

  • Sales team budget and expenses by region follow up

  • Salesforce administrative support

  • Conduct insightful research of markets and benchmark of competitors

You will report to the Global Sales Director and to the Regional Directors of Sales

Prior administrative and sales experiences in luxury travel industry or hospitality field ( Minimum 2 years)


Excellent communication skills ( French and English, third language is a plus)


Excellent knowledge of Pack office (Excel /powerpoint presentation)


Dynamic , creative and proactive with an excellent presentation


Committed and willing to work as a team


The permanent position is based in Paris and is available for September 2024.
