Location: Geneva Airport, Switzerland

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Winter Season Assistant to join our team at Geneva Airport.
This part-time position is specifically for every Saturday during the winter season, catering to our clients arriving for a day of skiing in the breathtaking surroundings of Geneva.
The candidate must be fluent in both English and French and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the tourism industry.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet arriving passengers at Geneva Airport with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist clients, primarily skiers, upon their arrival, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation for our clients.
- Conduct driver and vehicle checks to maintain service quality standards.
- Escort passengers to designated drivers and vehicles, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to departure.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and French (obligatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tourism industry.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable, able to work from approximately 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every Saturday during the winter season.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.

Remuneration:
- Hourly wage: 25 CHF gross per hour.

Contract Details:
This position will be on contract with a Swiss company, providing a structured and professional work arrangement.
