Description du poste

Part-time: 50% 

 

Lomastar SA is a boutique private equity and fund advisor in Nyon, Switzerland. We are currently looking for a part-time assistant to the CEO. Your duties will consist in large part in assisting assisting him in his role of the Fit for Life Foundation, which strives to improve health and fitness in the ageing population.

This job provides a varied work environment and would suit a highly organized, pro-active person with solid digital skills and experience in office administration.

Daily Tasks:

  • Office management
  • Manage CEO’s agenda (including meetings and travel arrangements)
  • Filing and database management (in Salesforce)
  • Write letters and emails, type and edit dictations
  • Manage billing and processing of expenses

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Supporting, managing projects (ie. events, network building)
  • Research

 

Skills and experience:

  • Organized and structured
  • Highly adaptable and creative
  • Collaborative but independent
  • Efficient and proactive 
  • Positive attitude
  • Digitally curious
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Highly proficient in usual office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), interest and motivation to learn new digital skills. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. 
  • English mother tongue or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication skills in French
