Description du poste

 

Technical Operation:

  • Coordination and planning of the execution of all technical tasks.
  • Accountability of timely delivery.
  • Quality Control of the network infrastructure and technical management platforms.
  • Technical review of external services and technology and contribution to technology roadmap
  • Analysis, proposal and implement continuous improvement on the network infrastructure

Service Operation:

  • Operational governance meetings, Focused and alignment meetings
  • Incident manager (lead major incidents)
  • Planning of network device maintenance
  • Control and report on asset management (hardware, software, capacity management)

Management:

  • Management of IT infrastructure staff (4 to 6 peoples)
  • Hire and integrate new incomers
  • Share group strategy, be a relay of information
  • Define team objectives
  • Evaluate and develop staff skills

Key activities:

  • Maintain up to date IT network infrastructures and remove technical debt
  • Build new infrastructure as per comited project delivery dealine (cost, delay, quality)
  • Ensure a perfect market trend understanding to suggest new evolutions
  • Consolidate Alten Group IT network infrastructures
  • Manage shift left to on board L2 support on run and rollout activities
  • Manage production request and incident within SLA comitment
  • Standardize and improve infrastructure monitoring and availability

Activity follow-up:

  • Manage a clean governance with your key providers and key company stakeholders
  • Anticipate contract end date and renewal
  • Communicate infrastructure health and key datas to your key stakeholders
  • Report on IT network infrastructure and licencing costs

Finance:

  • Contribuite to IT network budget
  • Follow expenses and submit for arbitration decision to take

Technical Skills :

  • Excellent technical knowledge of IT network infrastructure (firewall, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, network controlers, network design, and critical network protocols )
  • Qualified with standard service management methods (ITIL Foundations required, addl certifications are a strong plus)
  • Fluent English, experience in international and multi-cultural business environment
  • 1 to 3 years in IT infrastructure service management

Degree/ years of experience required :

 

  • Engineering degree/ 6 years minimum
