La mission:

Join Ultima Collection in one of our exceptional properties.

We are looking for a trusted and talented Receptionnist to join our team at Ultima Gstaad for the winter season from december 2023 to march 2024.

Position requirements :

• Welcome clients and accompany them to their suite, residence or private chalet

• Carry out arrival formalities and inform clients about the destination and relevant activities

• Advise and up-sell additional activities in collaboration with our external partners

• Ensure the comfort and well-being of the client during their stay

• Promote our services, restaurants, bars and SPA, according to the type of property of the group

• Carry out the departures and the customer invoicing

• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction during their stay and upon departure

• Develop customer loyalty and promote our other group destinations

• Apply Ultima standards in procedures and work attitudes

Background :

• Higher education in a well-known hotel school (Bachelor - BTS level)

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury hotels

• Perfect command of languages - English and French - (German, Russian, Arabic are a plus)

• Knowledge of PMS Protel

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Commercial skills to promote our services (upselling) and Ultima Collection destinations

• Flexible and available

• Ability to make the right decisions and manage situations at the front desk in total autonomy

• Well-groomed presentation
