There are three wooden chalets of 11 suites, six private residences, a restaurant and two inviting bars. Plus, there's a leading Swiss clinic and spa for recharging to full.

La mission:

Join Ultima Collection in one of our exceptional properties.

We are looking for a trusted and talented Concierge to join our team at Ultima Gstaad for the winter season from december 2023 to March 2024.

• Ensure the smooth running of clients' stays

• Respond to specific requests from clients before and during their stay (organization of excursions, ticketing, transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.)

• Carry out customer invoicing

• Supervise the smooth running and organization of the car park

• Supervise the routing of luggage for individual guests and groups

• Develop a portfolio of contacts in the resort and the region to advise customers

• Ensure the customer's stay on all the services offered and promote the other destinations of the Ultima group

• Apply the procedures in force in the establishment

• Higher education in hotel school and/or concierge school

• Proven experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry

• Fluent in French and English - A third language is a plus (German, Russian and/or Arabic)

• Knowledge of tourism and culture of the region, an added value

• Very neat presentation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Rigorous, dynamic, proactive

• Perfect knowledge of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele

• Versatile and available for customers

• Able to manage the priorities and the pressing demands of the customers

• Driving license required
