POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for preparing, implementing and driving the global sales strategy for the Voile d’Or portfolio. This role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader with a proven track record in ultra-luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will leverage and prospect an international network of UHNWIs, family offices, private travel designers, luxury agencies, and corporate partners to maximize revenues while safeguarding the brand’s positioning at the pinnacle of luxury. The Sales and Revenue Manager reports to the CBDO with a dotted line to the CEO.


RESPONSABILITIES

SALES STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with the group’s growth objectives.
- Drive performance by monitoring and optimizing key hospitality metrics, including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and conversion rates.
- Emphasize direct bookings growth, UHNWI acquisition, repeat guest ratios, partnership revenue generated.
- Lead the development of global sales strategy agreed on with the CBDO, with clear objectives for B2C growth and direct bookings.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue in existing markets while strategically penetrating new geographic and segment-based markets, maximizing overall revenue potential.
- Create strategic action plans to drive BtoC and BtoB across the portfolio.

CLIENT & PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

- Cultivate and develop relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, luxury travel advisors, private concierges, and premium agencies.
- Personally lead key account negotiations to secure high-value contracts and partnerships.
- Act as brand ambassador of Voile d’Or at international trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.


COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP

- Ensure an integrated approach to brand positioning, campaigns, and commercial performance in close collaboration with CBDO and digital/communications team
- Partner with property General Managers and on-site team to harmonize sales efforts and ensure group-wide consistency.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, conversion, ROI) in collaboration with the sales coordinator.
- Provide monthly business reviews and reporting to the CBDO and CEO.
- Anticipate market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to ensure proactive decision-making.
- Ensure all sales practices are consistent with Voile d’Or’s standards of discretion and exclusivity.



SKILLS

- Exceptional communicator with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on.
- Charismatic leader representing the brand at the highest levels.
- Impeccable discretion, integrity, and alignment with the values of ultra-luxury service.
- Fluent in English; fluency in French with additional languages as a plus.



QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership in ultra-luxury hospitality (hotels, villas, private residences, or high-end lifestyle brands).
- Proven success in driving revenue and building global networks within the luxury travel sector.
- Strong portfolio of existing relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, luxury consortia, and agencies worldwide.
- Solid experience in both B2C (direct UHNW clients) and B2B (trade & agencies) sales channels.
- International exposure and multicultural awareness are essential.
