Poste
Your job : - leads the implementation and maintenance of global IT systems to support our client business worldwide - leads all IT projects for the group: Demand / Build / Run - implements and ensures maintenance and support for deployed applications across all domains (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, ...). Main missions : - Implement ITIL approach - Define the infrastructure architecture worldwide - Maintain the internal infrastructure in operational condition - Ensure the management of managed services and EMEA IT helpdesk support - Set up KPIs - performance measures - Implement a continuous improvement process - Define and implement processes and tools to support activities of the service - Ensure technology survey
Profil
Your experience : Engineer with 5 years' experience in a similar position in an international context Very good knowledge of the ITIL approach Experience in managing outsourced services Very good technical knowledge (Systems and networks - Lan and Wan) Good knowledge of ticketing and asset management tools Experience in Data Center implementation and management Management experience Fluent in English Technical skills: Micrososft Servers Active Directory, Azure AD Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, Telephony, SharePoint) Powershell AS400 IBM iSeries Network (LAN, WAN, VPN, Fortinet, Aruba,...) ITSM FreshDesk SCCM WSUS Be a part of history and join us !
