Duties and Responsibilities
Six Senses Vision & Values
 Fully understand and embrace Six Senses company vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host’s duty.
 Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.
Operational Ownership
 Check and set up the daily operations of the Male / Female changing area according to Six Sense Spas standards prescribed in the Spa Manual.
 Assist GSAs, spa therapists, fitness instructors to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately in a timely manner.
 Greet the guest upon entering the Spa.
 Serve water and cold/warm towel to the guest upon arrival.
 Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
 Request and collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
 Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work unit for the Spa and changing area.
 Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition in accordance with the standards laid out in the Six Senses Spa Manual.
 Prepare ginger tea and other juices which are served in the Spa.
General
 Establish good guest relations and rapport with all spa hosts and guests at all times.
 Report any breakage or mal function of any items at the spa and follow up on the repair and maintenance.
 Provide Hammam treatments when requested following the SOP.
 Provide high standards of cleanliness in the spa.
 Report for duty punctually (minimum of 15 minutes before their shift begins) wearing the uniform according to the Six Senses Spa grooming standards
 Participate in training as required.
 Participate in the building of an efficient spa team.
 Keep a professional working manner at all times.
 Show enthusiasm and motivation at all times.
 Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Spa Host rules and regulations.
 Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Spa policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
 Complete any other duty assigned by management.

PROFILE
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
 Full high school education and completion of his or her chosen academics.
Work Experience:
 One year or more of experience in the spa industry.
Technical Skills:
 Knowledge of spa operations and service flow.
 Guest service, guest retention and service recovery.
 Very good command over written and spoken English.
Work Environment:
 Heavy lifting of materials up to 25lbs may be required.
 Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
